Michael Owusu Asiedu
Managing Director - (Shareholder)
Michael is a shareholder as well as the Managing Director of IBM Petroleum. He is a hardworking and result oriented young man. He is a team player with analytical, problem-solving skills and has a considerable knowledge and experience in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Michael has over twelve years’ experience in the downstream Oil and Gas industry. He started his career at Star Oil Company Limited where he worked as a pump mechanic for almost four years. He worked in various capacities including Senior pump engineer at Union Oil Company Limited and Sale Manager in charge of the Northern Ghana for Seam Oil Company Limited.
Michael holds an HND in Mechanical Engineering and has attended several workshops and conferences including the 2016 and 2017 edition of Petroleum, Refinery and Environmental Technologies (PEFTEC) in Belgium and Singapore respectively.
He Currently doubles as the Chief Executive Officer for Asitom Company Limited (Transport and Haulage Company).
He brings to a lot of energy and innovation which will help IBM Petroleum achieve it corporate objective.

Isaac Danso
Head of Finance - (Shareholder)
Isaac has thirteen years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He worked three years at So Energy Ghana Limited an Oil Marketing Company (OMC) as a Treasury Supervisor and six years with Chase Petroleum a Bulk Distribution Company (BDC) in various positions including Credit Control Officer and Commercial Manager.
Isaac hold an MBA in Petroleum Accounting and Finance from the University Of Professional Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and has attended numerous trainings and Conferences including Downstream Sales and Marketing(DSM) with The Oxford Princeton Program at Oxford, United Kingdom, Risk Management and Internal Control organized by AICPA in California USA, training in Credit Control and Negotiation Skills organized by the University of Ghana Business School among others.

Prince Owusu Yeboah
Sales & Marketing Director - (Shareholder)
He has over seven years’ experience working with Union Oil and Glasark Oil. He joined Union Oil Ghana Limited in 2011 as a pump attendant and by dint of hard work and dedication, he was promoted to work as a station manager and later rose through the ranks to become a depot officer/sales manager in the northern sector.
He was subsequently promoted to work as Sales Administrative Manager for a period of 3 years. He has also serve as Secretary to the Board of Plus Energy Limited, the last position he held before left to Glasark Oil Company Ltd.
He has 6 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing in the petroleum industry where he had the opportunity to engaged most of the Midstream players in the Industry.

He has excellent customer relation and communication skills.
He has over seven years’ experience working with Union Oil and Glasark Oil.
He has also served as Secretary to the Board of Plus Energy Limited, the last position he held before left to Glasark Oil Company Ltd.
He has 6 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing in the petroleum industry where he had the opportunity to engaged most of the Midstream players in the industry.
Twum Bossman
Head of Operations - (Shareholder)
BOSSMAN TWUM is an experienced and well-organized engineer, very professional, detail oriented in achieving high standard and with a proven record of accomplishment of installation, refurbishment and improvement of work.
He possesses comprehensive technical, extensive experience and diagnostic skills in steam boilers. BOSSMAN has the ability of developing strong professional relationships with customers and sub-contractors.
He has over 10 years’ experience as a heating engineer. Prior to joining IBM Petroleum, he worked for four years at Parkview Estate as a supervisor, British Gas Service for two years and over six years with Alex Leese Plumbing and Heating Services and Able Group Recruitments as repair engineer.
